Tenants should sign up for service in their name starting with the first day of the lease agreement & terminating on the final day of the lease agreement. Here are the utility services you will need to set up:

Gas: Centerpoint

Electric: Xcel Energy

Internet: US Internet

Water, sewer & trash are taken care of by owners.
